What the work is like.
Because the team is small, you see a project from the first call to handover rather than one slice of it. A typical week mixes client websites, security fixes, support tickets and design work. You are expected to ask when something is unclear and to write down what you did, because the client gets the documentation at handover.
One small team
Design, development, infrastructure and support sit together, so you talk directly to whoever is doing the other half of the job.
Feedback on your work
Work is checked before it reaches a client, and you are told what was good and what needs to change.
Remote or onsite
Most roles can be done remotely. Onsite roles are across Punjab, and each listing says which applies.
