How long does an email migration take?

For most small businesses with up to 25 mailboxes, the whole project runs over three to five working days — but the part that affects you is only the cutover, which happens out of hours and takes under an hour. Larger migrations with big mailbox archives or an on-premise Exchange server typically take one to three weeks of background syncing before the switch.
Will I lose any emails, contacts, or calendars during the migration?

No. We copy your mail rather than move it, so the original mailboxes stay untouched until you have confirmed everything arrived. Email, folder structure, contacts, calendars, and shared mailboxes all come across, and we run a final delta sync after cutover to catch anything that landed mid-migration.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — which should I choose?

If your team lives in Excel, Outlook, and Teams, or you work with clients who expect Office documents, Microsoft 365 is usually the better fit. If you want the simplest possible setup and your team already works in browsers and Google Docs, Google Workspace tends to win. We will give you a straight recommendation during the free audit based on how you actually work — including when staying where you are is the right answer.
Can you migrate email without any downtime?

Yes. Because mail is pre-synced to the new platform before we change your MX records, your team keeps sending and receiving throughout. The DNS cutover is scheduled for evenings or weekends, and mail sent during the propagation window is delivered to the new mailboxes rather than bouncing.
Do you supply Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licences?

We can supply and manage your licences, or work alongside licences you buy directly — whichever is cheaper for you. Part of the free email audit is checking whether you are over-licensed, which is extremely common: most businesses we audit are paying for higher plans or unused accounts they no longer need.
