Straight answers on cost, what the AI actually does, security, API changes and ownership.
How much does an AI website or integration project cost?
+
Starter AI Setup is $449 for a site of up to five pages with one integration, lead capture routed to your inbox or CRM, and 30 days of support. Professional AI Integration is $1,199 for up to twelve pages with custom design, up to three integrations, one workflow automation, a basic FAQ chatbot, role-based access, written documentation and 90 days of support. Enterprise is quoted individually. Running costs for third-party APIs and language models are billed by those providers on your own accounts, and we estimate them before you decide.
What does AI actually do on an AI website?
+
Less than the label suggests, and that is deliberate. Most of the value comes from integrations and automation, which are rules, not AI. Language models earn their place for a few specific jobs: searching documents in plain language, answering from your own content, extracting fields from uploaded files, and drafting replies a person approves. If none of those apply to your project, we will tell you it does not need a model at all.
Which systems can you connect to my website?
+
CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce; payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal; Shopify and WooCommerce; Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; Mailchimp and SendGrid; Slack and WhatsApp; accounting packages; and any internal system with an API or a database we can reach. Starter includes one integration, Professional up to three, Enterprise as many as you need.
How do you keep the integrations secure?
+
Each connection runs on your own accounts with the least access it needs, using OAuth 2.0 where the provider supports it rather than shared passwords. Webhooks are verified by signature so forged requests are rejected, card data never reaches your server, secrets live in server configuration rather than in code, and anything we expose ourselves is checked against the OWASP API Security Top 10.
What happens when a connected system changes its API?
+
It will happen; providers version and retire their APIs. Within the support period we fix breakages at no charge. After that, changes are quoted as small jobs or covered by a website maintenance plan, and because every automation logs its runs and alerts on failure, you hear about it from us rather than from a customer.
Who owns the code, the data and the accounts?
+
You do. The code is delivered to a repository you control, the API and model accounts are in your name, and the documentation on Professional and above is written so another developer can take over. We keep nothing that would stop you leaving.
Can you add integrations to a site you did not build?
+
Yes, as long as we can reach the code or the platform has an API or plugin system. For WordPress and Shopify sites we work through their APIs and hooks; for custom sites we review the code first and quote once we know what is there. If the existing site is the real problem, our website redesign service may be the better starting point.
