A first website for a new business
A focused five to eight page site that answers the questions customers ask before they enquire, with room to add pages later without a redesign.

Empowering Businesses. Delivering Excellence.
A website that looks good is not the same as one that brings in work. We decide what each page has to say and what the visitor should do next before we touch colour or type, then build the site to load fast and read clearly on a phone.
Most small business websites describe the company and leave the visitor to work out whether it can help. That is the problem web design has to solve first: what goes on each page, in what order, and what you want the reader to do when they reach the end of it. Colour and type come after.
We begin with what you already know: the questions customers ask before they buy, the pages on your current site that bring enquiries, and the ones people leave. You approve a page plan and a wireframe layout before any visual design starts, so the look is applied to a structure that already works. If you do not yet have a logo or a colour palette, our graphic design service produces those first and the site is designed from the same files.
Design and build tools we work in
Every project is scoped from this list. You only pay for the parts you need.
Mobile accounts for the majority of page views worldwide, and Google indexes the mobile version of a page first, so that is the version we design first. Layouts reflow rather than shrink, tap targets meet the WCAG target size minimum, and we check the result on real phones before launch rather than in a desktop browser dragged narrow.
We map the route a visitor takes from landing to enquiry and remove the steps that lose them: fewer form fields, one clear call to action per page, and navigation that uses the words customers use rather than your internal department names. Wireframes come first, in Figma, so you are judging the structure before the styling distracts from it.
Product pages, filtering and checkout are designed around completion. Baymard Institute’s checkout research finds unexpected extra costs such as shipping are the most common reason shoppers abandon a cart, so we show delivery cost before the checkout, keep the basket visible, and cut the checkout to the fewest screens your payment provider allows.
A custom theme built to the WordPress theme standards, not a page builder that locks you in or slows the site down. The templates control the design and the block editor controls the words, so your team can add a case study or a service page without breaking the layout.
Theme customisation and custom storefronts, including collection layouts, product templates and app integrations, built within Shopify’s theme architecture rather than around it, so the store stays upgradeable when the platform changes.
Single-purpose pages for a campaign, a product launch or a paid ad audience. One message, one action, and no navigation pulling people away. The page is built as a reusable template, so you can duplicate it and change the offer yourself for the next campaign.
If you already have a site, we start by recording which pages earn traffic and enquiries and which lose people. Those pages keep their URLs and rankings through the redesign, and where a URL has to change we follow Google’s site move guidance. A rebuild that quietly drops your search visibility is a setback, not a redesign.
Small business website design has a different job from enterprise design. You are not building awareness across a market. You are trying to turn the handful of people who already found you into enquiries, on a budget that has to justify itself.
So we design for that. Contact details where people look for them, proof next to the claim it supports, prices or price ranges wherever you can give them, and a clear next step on every page. In our experience a site that does those four things plainly brings in more enquiries than a prettier one that does not.
When design and build are split between two suppliers, the design turns out to be impractical and nobody owns the compromise. That is where most projects lose time and money.
We do both, so what you approve is what gets built. If a layout would push a page past Google’s Core Web Vitals thresholds or make the site awkward to edit later, you hear that in design review rather than after launch.
Need the engineering side in more depth? Our web development services cover custom applications, integrations and platform work.
Design is easier to judge in context. These are the briefs that come up most often and what each one actually involves.
A focused five to eight page site that answers the questions customers ask before they enquire, with room to add pages later without a redesign.
We find out which pages still earn traffic, keep them, and redesign the rest around enquiries rather than starting from a blank theme.
Design delivered as a theme rather than a page builder, so adding a page is a job for your staff and not for a developer.
Collection, product and checkout design within Shopify’s structure, so the store survives theme and platform updates.
Accessible, plainly worded pages designed around appointment requests, with opening hours and contact routes where patients look for them.
A single-purpose page for an ad audience, built as a template you can copy and change yourself for the next offer.
We design remotely for clients worldwide from Punjab, Pakistan. The design work is the same everywhere. What changes is what the audience expects, the rules the site has to meet, and how you want to pay.
Our home market, billed in PKR, with in-person workshops available across Punjab for larger projects. We design around the payment methods Pakistani customers actually use and around data-conscious mobile browsing, which means lighter pages and fewer large images.
UK sites need cookie consent that follows the ICO’s guidance on cookies rather than a banner that assumes consent, and accessibility that stands up to the Equality Act 2010. We design against WCAG 2.2 level AA and bill in GBP.
The Department of Justice’s web accessibility guidance applies the ADA to business websites, so accessible design is not optional here. We also allow for state privacy notices and the checkout conventions US shoppers have learned from the large retailers.
Bilingual English and Arabic sites, with right-to-left layouts built on the HTML direction rules rather than mirrored as an afterthought. We handle .ae domains and the conventions UAE audiences expect from local brands.
Send us your current site, or a description of the business if there is no site yet, and what is not working. You normally get a fixed price and a realistic timeline within one business day, or an honest answer that a redesign is not what you need.
Straight answers on cost, timing, content, rankings and who owns what.
Design decides what goes on each page, in what order, and how it looks and behaves on every screen size. Development builds it and makes it work: templates, integrations, databases and performance. We do both, so nothing is designed that cannot be built well and nothing is built that was never designed.
In our projects a small business site usually runs three to five weeks from kickoff to launch, and an ecommerce or larger site six to ten. The biggest variable is content. Projects that stall almost always stall waiting for copy, photography or product data rather than on the design itself.
Every project is quoted as a fixed price in writing after we have seen the brief, because the cost depends on the number of page templates, whether there is a shop, and how much of the content already exists. Design projects are not billed by the hour, and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts, so there are no surprise invoices at the end.
It can, and that is the most common way redesigns go wrong. Before we change anything we record which pages bring you traffic and enquiries. Those URLs are either kept or redirected one to one, and we keep the page titles and headings that are already earning rankings. If you would rather we handle the move end to end, that is covered by our website migration services.
Yes. You own the design files, the code and the hosting account, and we hand over the source files at the end of the project. Nothing is held back to keep you on a retainer, and another agency can pick the work up without paying us for access.
The page structure, headings and calls to action are written as part of the design. Full page copy can be added to the quote if you would rather not write it. Photography is yours to supply, or we source licensed stock images and record where each one came from. Either way, we agree who writes what and by when before the design phase starts, because that is where most delays come from.
Yes. WordPress sites are handed over with the block editor set up so your team can change text and images and add pages without touching the layout, and Shopify stores use the standard theme editor. We record a short walkthrough at handover. If you would rather not touch it, our website maintenance service handles updates and changes for you.
You get a page plan, a fixed price and an honest timeline. If your current site only needs small fixes, we will say so.
